is the road map to realising our vision for each of our clients, in an organised way.
The first stage of any project begins with a brief. The client's key requirements are outlined, while identifying their individual style and tastes through the aid of concept images and mood boards. Project timelines and financial budgets are also taken into consideration at this principal phase.
Whether re-shaping the interior architecture of the entire home or creating a new furniture composition for a particular room, space planning is an integral part of the design process. Plan layouts are explored and refined to suit the client and their lifestyle.
Verve will develop a fully bespoke design strategy which will define the overall look and feel of the space and make sure that the layout works for the client's lifestyle and maximizes the functionality of the space.
This phase consists of:
- Reviewing and improving layouts as part of the spatial planning
- Selecting conceptual images to show design intent (mood boards)
- Presentation meeting for above
- Reviewing and drawing up furniture layouts
Sample Boards
Once the overall layout has been agreed, focus is turned to the design and specification of fabric and furniture. Samples of each material and finish are presented, along with images of the furniture, lighting and accessories proposed. A series of artistic drawings are paired with each board in order to help the client visualise the complete design.
Verve Interio develops the concept design and produces a package of drawings and specifications to show design intent. The design is tailored to the client's tastes, lifestyles, and personal style. This package comprises of:
- Floor plans elevations
- Finishing samples for each area
- Concept images to further illustrate design intent
- Specifying bathrooms and sanitary ware
- Specifying wall and floor Finishes
- Coordinating Kitchen, Lighting, Electrical, M&E, and AV consultants
As each stage of the process becomes progressively more detailed, preliminary ideas for bespoke designs, such as custom built cabinetry and handmade furniture are developed further. Whether a practical solution or a statement piece; bespoke design is often a key part of the process, allowing us to produce a truly unique product for the client.
Technical drawings are created and issued to the construction team. Each element of design is shown to scale, including finer details such as bespoke architectural features. Lighting schemes and audio visual layouts are produced in conjunction with these drawings to ensure the beauty of the design is matched by its practical application.
This is the stage of the project when the Verve Interio team will ensure that the approved designs are implemented on site. Work is closely monitored both on and off site. The dedicated Verve's project team will liaise with site contractors and consultants to ensure that the drawing and design concept envisaged by Verve Interio and the client are executed accurately and to the highest standard by the contractor. All members of the project team work together to ensure the smooth delivery of the project
